Following the ministerial resolution no. (178) of 2017 vehicle impounded under the following circumtances may have their vehicle released: At the end of the specified impounded period and when fines are paid in full as specified below. | |||||||||||
For each additional violation resulting in vehicle being impounded | 100 | ||||||||||
According to Law no. 5 of 2020, Auction procedures will commence for impounded vehicle if not claimed in 3 months of the date of impounded. | |||||||||||
