Terms and Conditions

• 1. Members must present their Radisson Rewards card or quote their Radisson Rewards membership number at the Europcar counter to earn Points.
• 2. All rates are eligible for Points accrual except : Tour Operator rates, broker rates, travel industry staff rates, special rates for corporate clients, truck rates, reward rentals, car replacement, long term rentals, chauffeur service, shuttle rates, some company rates, special rates, negotiated rates and complimentary rates.
• 3. Radisson Rewards members will earn 300 Points for each eligible rental day, caped at 1,800 points through Europcar network worldwide except for rentals made in USA, Canada, Japan, China and India.
• 4. Europcar rates are inclusive of all mandatory charges, so there are no hidden extras. They include : tax, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport charges and vehicle registration fee when applicable. Mileage is usually unlimited, except in some countries or rental products where limited mileage may apply. Please refer to the rate conditions during the booking process. Discount applies on the basic rental rate excluding additional charges.
• 5. Radisson Rewards members may change or cancel their booking online by going to the Cancel/Modify section of the dedicated website or by calling Europcar’s Reservation Centers.
• 6. Points will be credited to the member’s account 8 weeks after completion of car rental.
• 7. Europcar General Terms & Conditions of the rental country shall apply
• This offer is valid for reservations from 20/06/2019 to 31/08/2019 and rentals from 20/06/2019 to 30/09/2019 in participating countries.
• This offer is applicable for rentals duration of 7-21 days in France. For the other countries, rental duration is 3 days minimum

• During this special promotion, members will earn up to 600 points per rental day (X2) for each eligible rental in the following countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom (incl. Northern Ireland - excl. off-shore Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Shetlands and Orkneys)., Australia and New-Zealand.
• 15% discount applies in Germany, 10% discount applies in the rest of countries.
• Europcar standard terms and conditions, standard age, credit card and driver requirements still apply.
• Offer cannot be accumulated with other offers.
